Alexander McQueen X Zaha Hadid Collaboration: Final Outfit
I aimed to incorporate Alexander McQueen’s storytelling and rebellious spirit alongside Zaha Hadid’s deconstruction approach into my collection.
For the graffiti print of the outfit, I spray painted it by hand, adding impactful and political messages on the top sleeve and side panel pants patterns. By spray painting by hand, I felt that it added a human touch; a symbol of humanity, people.

Signature Evening Gown
I have draped and designed a simple silhouette for this project with crocheted mesh layers and flowers. As someone who crochets often, I took the opportunity and time to crochet my mesh layer and flowers. I also added hand-embroidered beadings while sewing down the crocheted flowers.
As a part of the assignment, we are required to go zero waste for our gown's skirt. I opted for gathered side panels- princess panels. The remaining width of the fabric from making the princess panels are used for making continuous bias tape.

Sleeveless Sheath Dress
For my drafting module, I have to draft and sew a sheath dress as an assignment. I enjoyed drafting and sewing this dress as it allowed me to relearn what I've learnt while I was an ITE fashion student.

Giovanna Quaratino x Grungey Demin: Final Look
For my piece, I repurposed a sleeveless dress that I've kept for a long time and collected denim scraps from my mother; which used patchworking and turned to fabric strips/yarns to crochet to create a sling-tote bag—I have made the bag without spending a dime.

Industry Collaboration with APSN: Final Look
This project is a collaboration with APSN, a social service agency supporting individuals with mild intellectual disabilities through education, vocational training, and employment. We designed apparel or accessories with a real client profile in mind, culminating in a charity gala where our creations were auctioned after a fashion show.
For my design, I reworked a Uniqlo top inspired by the Glam Rock and grunge subcultures. I used patchwork, tie-dye, and gold metallic fabric to give it a bold, textured look.
